Our client is the worldwide leader in networking solutions. Networks, being a vital part of all businesses and communications, our client's networking solutions are definitely the foundation of these networks, with the ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction as well as productively improvements. To further improve the effectiveness of it’s client, our client is seeking a highly strategic Business Consultancy Executive.

 

The ideal candidate must take the leadership in engaging with prospects and existing customers through a consultative engagement. The engagement will be targeted at CxO level and will also be expected to engage at the CxO level. The incumbent will pitch and consult generate value into the customer business through :

  • the consolidation and standardization of IT infrastructure services for MNCs
  • the transformation of IT infrastructure
  • creation of ROI and TCO model
  • delivery as business/enterprise architect within large scale delivery teams

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support opportunity development and pipeline creation through consulting lead engagements with current and prospective customers
  • Support sales in developing key customer engagement strategies for winning new business across the client’s portfolio.
  • Understand the client’s managed services market including emerging services, trends and competitive landscape
  • Secure as required additional resources to accommodate specific customer requirements in accordance with client’s established processes and policies and in alignment of approved commercial governance

 

To qualify, you are required to possess:

  • Degree in relevant technical field, with certifications in area of expertise.
  • Minimum of 10 years related work experience in technology services organizations
  • Engage and partner with customers at a senior executive level – CxO
  • identify and develop key partner and vendor relationships to maintain local market awareness across business and technology trends
  • Highly competent in developing and presenting proposals and business cases directly to customers, with ability to address all levels across the organisation from technical to senior executive engagements
