Our client is the worldwide leader in networking solutions. Networks, being a vital part of all businesses and communications, our client's networking solutions are definitely the foundation of these networks, with the ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction as well as productively improvements. To further improve the effectiveness of it’s client, our client is seeking a Regional Managed Services Head.

The ideal candidate must take the leadership is expected to provide the leadership role within the Managed Services function, with supervisory responsibilities for the Presales Consulting and Billable Consultants teams.



  • Represent Managed Services on the country management team. Manage the line of businesses and align all Managed Services  plan and resources to support the overall country objectives
  • Develop and maintain high level customer contacts to maximize business opportunities and resolve customer conflicts/issues
  • Provide world class pre-sales support for the client’s full range of services and solutions including working with Country Sales and regional Managed Services teams in the qualification, proposal and sale of client’s services and solutions.
  • Actively participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customers’ needs, liaising with other colleagues as necessary. Present technical solutions to customer’s as required.
  • Support SLA negotiations with clients; approve non-standard SLA according to approval process.
  • Secure as required additional resources to accommodate specific customer requirements in accordance with client’s established processes and policies and in alignment of approved commercial governance


To qualify, you are required to possess:

  • Extensive experience in managing a country business unit and P&L
  • Experienced services business manager with a strong track record for business growth and transformation
  • Broad understanding of the technical and business issues associated with the ITC industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing people managers
  • Degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline.
  • Effective strategic business planning and resource allocation ensuring clear and unambiguous direction in line with the overall business objectives set by Country management
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and Communication (ITC) Services industry to ensure identification and maximization of business development opportunities to the benefit of both client and their customers
