Description

Our client is a premier primary healthcare solutions provider in Asia. They provide clients with a wide range of healthcare services, from general Fee-For-Service consultations to specialized industrial healthcare consultancies. They are seeking a senior dynamic and highly-driven assistant Financial Controller oversee overall responsibility for the Finance and Business Office functions of client’s operations, including the setting of proper policies and procedures, accounting systems and internal controls.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Finance and Business Office functions of Group’s operations, including the setting of proper policies and procedures, accounting systems and internal controls such as
  • Support management with accurate and timely completion of the financial and management reports to drive business
  • Responsible for budget, planning and control, cash flow management and forecast planning
  • Conduct regular review of financial policies, develop, implement and maintain adequate internal controls, policies and processes to safeguard company’s assets and to ensure integrity of financial information
  • Achieve the strategic objectives of the business by providing value added analysis, financial counsel and appropriate recommendations to support the business strategic policies and operational decision-making such as :
  • Advise on strategic initiatives and continuously review business performance so as to provide financial information to support commercial decision making
  • Participate in due diligence and financial integration activities associated with the company’s acquisitions or new clinics start up
  • Carry out financial evaluation of capital expenditure, new acquisition/businesses
  • Active participation and engagement of various stakeholders in analyzing the terms and conditions of corporate contract from the perspective of pricing, profitability and risk assessment

 

Requirements:

  • Recognized Degree in Accountancy / Finance or its equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in managerial position
  • ACCA / CPA certified
  • Strong analytical skills with good leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
